Master Minimum Equipment Lists (MELs)
If your aeroplane has a Master MEL, and if you come under the AN(OT)O – Bermuda and the Cayman Islands for example – you will need an Approved Operator’s MEL. The MEL will have to be a proper one: no ‘in accordance with regulations’, or dashes, or *** in it. (O)s and (M)s must be included.
